Registration fee includes abstract booklet, refreshments, conference bag, full board accommodation (two person sharing one room) at four star hotel level. Single room is at additional cost. Our working procedure is on first come, first service basis. August is high season, accommodation outside university hotel is possible but can be real expensive.

REGISTRATION FEE

**: Bursary is limited only for successful young scientists and students. Selected papers will be published in reputable journals. Interested researchers and those making contribution to the conference are encouraged to apply for the bursary director for discount on the registration fee. Application to: agil@science.ankara.edu.tr.

            Invited speakers are our guests and they are not supposed to pay the registration fee.

            The registration fee for active participants includes attendance at all programmes and all conference materials.

            Family members may register as accompanying persons. There will be special social tours for each day for accompanying persons at the small additional cost of the conference.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION is available at additional cost 30€ - (45USD).
